Our Methodology: Carnegie said that “to mine an ounce of gold you first have to move tons of dirt and rock.” To mine the best thinking from your team, you must first get them away from daily distractions and then give them a little fun and team building opportunities. By taking a “western” business meeting and combining it with exposure to “eastern” martial arts self defense, we can maximize development of your team’s resources and strengths in a very short period of time.

Unlike most conferences, we use an "Eastern" setting for attendees to meet.  This informal process helps participants to relax and not be reminded of the typical "corporate" meetings they are used to.
